When people say one thing leads to another, I didn’t realize how true that would be in my own life. My journey began with an engineering diploma but soon shifted toward serving others whether mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. Volunteering for the Social Welfare and Education Boards in my city opened my eyes to new paths and communities. Later, joining India’s largest youth organization, the National Cadet Corps, I challenged myself through adventures, defense training, and connecting with people from all walks of life. Every conversation, every story taught me lessons that went far beyond textbooks and classrooms. Drawn by curiosity and purpose, I found myself guiding others into opportunities that fit them. My path naturally led me into recruitment, where I have partnered with candidates and hiring leaders for over 2.5 years to match talent with meaningful work from initial search through onboarding and the start of a new chapter. I’ve mastered sourcing techniques using social recruiting (LinkedIn, Google), all major job boards, and creative Boolean and semantic search practices to find and connect with top talent. My experience spans the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding job requirements, screening and submitting qualified resumes, managing candidate briefings, and negotiating offers—all while building trust and maintaining clear, supportive communication.
