I’ve always been drawn to the messy, exciting part of building, the "zero to one". The part where there’s no playbook, just possibility. I got to help shape new ideas into real businesses at a startup — learning first-hand what it takes to move from “we have an idea” to “we have customers who love it.” Today, I’m at a scaled company, which still has the startup hustle, helping it chart its next leap forward, bringing together structure with startup scrappiness to unlock growth. Before startups, I spent time at Bain & Company as a Management Consultant, learning how to solve strategic problems for various kinds of organizations. I’ve also worked on nation-wide government programs like Swachh Bharat and PMKVY, and even dabbled in real-estate private equity investments in the Delhi-NCR region. Academically, my journey has been as multidisciplinary as my career with an MBA, Liberal Arts degree, and a technical Mathematics & Scientific Computing degree. All these three varied degrees have shaped me into who I am, and helped me take a more well rounded approach to problem solving.
