Analysing Existing Systems: Conducted a detailed analysis of the existing complex third-party enterprise software with the Product Manager, to identify usability issues, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Revisiting User Flows: Redesigned key user flows to simplify navigation, improve efficiency, and align with user needs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
Component Library Development: Defined a scalable style guide and component library to maintain visual consistency and make the overall look and feel of the dashboard better than the previous design.
