• In a technical leadership role at Estee, I was responsible for providing Project Management and Technical leadership to the software development team. Major goals involved coordinating with the Sales and Business Development teams to create and release project requirements, design specifications, and descriptions for various products according to applicable standards within deadlines. Whereas day-to-day activities encompassed streamlining operations with SRE teams to ensure better customer response and low fault rate.
• Key Achievements:-
• Designed and developed a B2B and B2C software system for automated retail/institutional Algo-trading over the web to increase company brokerage business.
• Maintained and enhanced a B2C a subscription-based stock advisory platform for better stock discovery for clients
• Re-engineered software development process, introduced a QA process to increase application robustness
