Previously, I’ve worked as Supply Chain Program Manager at Cisco, I led complex, high-impact programs across logistics, contract manufacturing, and vendor management, orchestrating global stakeholders to ensure products moved seamlessly from design to delivery on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. I thrived in driving operational excellence at scale, optimizing supplier performance, mitigating risks, and aligning cross-functional teams. Operations has always been my natural forte, and at Cisco, this meant not only meeting ambitious targets but also building robust systems that sustained performance long after project closure.
