• Over the last ~2.7 years, I’ve been the first engineer and Founding AI Engineer at a startup that raised $6.5M from Lightspeed and went through 4 pivots on a crazy journey.

• Built LLM-driven technology that scanned codebases to surface APIs and detect “Zombie APIs.”
• Scaled to ~$150K revenue with clients like Groww, Mahindra, Inmobi & Hindustan Times.

• Shipped a beta within 3 months of pivot, went public 2 months later, and hit ~$150K ARR.
• Featured as #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt.
• Along the way, I got to build AI systems from scratch, ship products at startup speed, work closely with founders, and see firsthand what it takes to fundraise, sell, and lead teams through multiple reinventions.
• The company eventually shut down due to lack of GTM distribution muscle, but the experience has been invaluable—both technically and in shaping my product and business instincts.

• Strategic Vendor Relationship Enhancements: Spearheaded RTO-CSN processes to improve warehouse accounting and vendor scorecards, driving operational transparency and accountability.
• RTO Reduction Leadership: Conducted user research and executed city-wide rollout plans to reduce RTO by 30%, aligning with CM3 goals and enhancing GMV metrics through strategic execution.

• Dock-to-Stock Leadership: Decreased "dock-to-stock" time from 12 to 4 hours (p50 metric), achieving industry-leading benchmarks. Streamlined operations with a data-driven approach and cross-functional alignment.
• Crating Automation: Introduced automated crate weighing systems, enhancing inbound and outbound traceability. Validated 1-2% Fresh GMV savings in pilot warehouses and optimized real-time data collection.

• IRN/GRN Process Optimization: Initiated and piloted a two-stage IRN/GRN process for the Fresh supply chain, evolving it into a three-stage system to streamline operations. Delivered results through meticulous data modeling, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative feedback cycles.
• Fresh Supply Chain Crating: Conceptualized and led the implementation of a scalable crate tracking workflow. Built a generic Asset Management System, later extended to Inter-city and Pharma warehouses, achieving a 14% increase in picking throughput.
• Infrastructure Modernization: Partitioned critical warehouse databases, enhancing performance while reducing costs by 70%, establishing a foundation for future scalability.

• I was part of the core software engineering team that developed the entire AFCS(Automated Fare Collection System) from the ground-up. The AFCS has been successfully deployed in 3 Indian cities.
• Built-up the Datawarehouse subsystem from scratch using Flask, SQLAlchemy & PostgreSQL
• Designed & integrated platform-independent Queueing subsystem supporting both Service Bus(Azure) & Pub-Sub(Google Cloud)
• Designed & Developed extensible, template-based report management system to generate reports periodically

• Developed the complete web application for Samosa app(http://getsamosa.com) in Reactjs and Python(webapp2) in Google App Engine.
• Worked on deriving growth metrics, Retention curves using Google BigQuery.
• Built internal dashboard for Samosa content team using javascript and python.
• Developed a group chat application in Erlang using ejabberd server, xmpp and riak database.
• Developed the backend on Google App Engine for an e-commerce marketplace 5pm Bazaar along with another colleague.
