Ragini Das — CEO
I’ve spent 12+ years building two of India’s most loved consumer-tech brands — Zomato and leap.club. As an early employee at Zomato between 2013–2019, I did everything from sales to growth to international launches. It taught me most of what I know about the startup ecosystem in India, along with building a whole lot of resilience. In 2020, I co-founded leap.club — India’s largest network for women. We scaled to 25,000 paid members over five years, started India’s first women-only club, and got a whole lot of love through our many pivots. I played seller, marketer, recruiter, product manager, fundraiser — basically whatever it took to run the space. In June 2025, we decided to pause operations. I now head Google for Startups in India. We're on a mission to support thriving startups around the world by connecting them to the right people, products and best practices to help them grow. Outside of work, I’m team 6 am club and always up for a chat on 0-1 startups, culture and F&B. My weekends are exclusively for mentoring young women in business + my pet Jimmy!
