• Worked on Incare which is a care management platform that enhances patient care by bringing the care teams together and simplifying care management-related tasks such as managing and perfroming care protocols, creating care plans, and reconciling medication.
• Worked on the chat feature which enabled care managers to connect with the other care providers to share and receive relevant information in the context of an individual patient. This was a 0 to 1 feature inside the product and had a tremendous impact on the way care teams interact with each other.
• Revamped Medication reconciliation workflow to avoid medication errors that happen during the transition of care leading to hospital readmission amongst high-risk patients. Lead the whole project by identifying current problems, taking insights from stakeholders, secondary research via white papers and clinical videos from authentic resources, building UI iterations and deployment
• Build the productivity metrics dashboard for care managers to provide transparency of the task performed over a period of time. Explored ideas for gamification to further improve the efficiency of the care managers keeping the patient care at the center.
• Built Community Resource Workers application for community volunteers to receive referrals of the socially deprived patients who needed care in housing, education, drugs abuse, family abuse, etc. I was involved in the user research, competitive analysis, conceptualizing, and building a final prototypes for the final deployment of the product.

• Rethinking car dealership app including the auction and post procurement process.
• One to one interviews with car dealerships around Delhi NCR, Pune and Mumbai to gain insights on problems involving visualisation of car (product page), decision making for the bid and post procurement journey.
• Built the first ever dealer checkout workflow on the app after the auction win. The feature had 90% adoption in first week of the launch which was further scaled upto 99%, resulting in 100% automation and cost cutting from operations.

• Setting up a user research team involved in user interviews, collecting qualitative data, synthesising data using grounded theory principle, mini-ethnography studies, customer experience/ expectation mapping. Relayed customer insights and problems to the product team.
• Creating the overall operational experience where the user touchpoint is involved.
• Designing a prescription digitizing platform for pharmacists to process more than 10k medicine orders per day. Bought efficiency (up to 30%) by reducing time to digitize using design thinking and automation.
• Designing the customer support dashboard, communication system, and flow for the post order queries.
