Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR Consultant / HR Generalist with a strong focus on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. The role is purely advisory and execution-based for hiring needs and HR support, excluding payroll and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (junior to mid-level positions)
Understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions as needed
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding coordination (documentation checklist, joining formalities)
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Provide HR generalist support (policies, basic HR processes, employee queries)
Act as an HR advisor to management on hiring strategies
Scope Exclusions:
Payroll processing
Salary disbursement
Statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
