• EngageX and Trainer Management System
• This is a desktop web platform for planning, creation, running and management of live classes. As the design lead, I managed a team of 4-5 designers to make significant UX improvements to the EngageX platform. These improvements led to a 100% adoption rate by the LSMs, resulting in reduced man-hours and significant cost savings for the company.
• Learning Management System
• As the design lead for this desktop web platform, I managed a team of 2-3 designers to make UX improvements to the certification and course sections. These improvements provided a better overview of program structure and helped learners track their progress. I also redesigned the session cards to help learners find attendance status and provide feedback.

• Designed and developed 2 digital immersive experiences for the museum.
• Played the role of a product owner by developing the experiences from the concept phase to the execution phase.
• Bridged the communication between various stake holders like the client, designers, engineers, architects and vendors. Created physical prototypes, wireframes, information flow diagrams, sound and video assets and more.
• Conducted a usability study on a group of approx. 40 users consisting of school kids, parents, senior citizens and improved the designs.
• Performed quality check and supervised onsite installation.
