• I worked on a 15 storied apartment complex with a 7-storied parking garage facility developed by the Related Group. The project name is 801 Central Ave located in St Petersburg, Florida. My responsibilities included:
• o Vendor shop drawing review such as rebar, PT, formwork and concrete embeds
• o Products’, materials’ and tools’ submittal management
• o Daily log reports’ update and review
• o Vendor and material procurement
• o Request for Information (RFI) management
• o As built review
• o 3D model review and major updates
• o Total QA/QC
• o Pre pour inspections
• o Field coordination for specialized tasks throughout the job such as repair works.

• Initially, I was appointed as a Project Engineer of a 3-member team specially created for the ELBA Liquefaction Expansion Project in Savannah, Georgia. It was developed and owned by Kinder Morgan through IHI E&C as the GC, whose total construction cost was $2 billion. Within a month, I was promoted to QA/QC Manager owing to my stellar performance. My responsibilities included:
• o Daily pre-pour inspection scheduling and management
• o Allocating daily inspections amongst four rotating QA/QC inspectors in conjunction with Project-Control team and construction crews
• o Weekly job activity ledger update
• o Document control and management, including real time electronic update of construction drawings
• o Assist superintendents in material order quantity such as concrete, steel and other embeds
• o Field activity coordination
• o QA/QC product turnover package and approval
• o RFI Management

• Tampa Airport Authority and Hillsborough County Aviation Authority was developing a 6-zone Parking Garage along with a 2-zone rental car facility at Tampa International Airport (TIA). The projects’ name was TIA Consolidated Rental Car facility (ConRAC) and Automated People Mover (APM). It was a design-build project contracted to Walter P Moore and Austin Commercials. Valued at $180 million, the project comprised of an 8-zone parking garage with a car wash and fuel station. I worked for the major concrete contractor, BCCI. Constructions of four Automated People Movers stations were later added to the project. My responsibilities included:
• o Contractual document management, scope of work, RFIs, submittals, reviewing shop drawings, ERP/CRM system updates
• o Providing IT support to field operations
• o Coordinating between field and sub-contractors
• o Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily workflows and scheduling
• o Daily pour quantities and material order
• o Leading the internal QA/QC team
• o RFI Management
• o Coordinating with subcontractors, and conducting weekly co-ordination meeting

• Assisted in facility management tasks associated with the Mechanical Engineering Department (MEEN) comprising of 2 active and one inactive buildings.
• Daily duties included procurement of equipments, surplus movement, inventory evaluation, basic remodeling and painting.
• We were a team of five student workers who executed basic remodeling and maintenance work for the department.
• Jobs included lifting and relocating of bags weighing 200 pounds each and purchasing of tools and equipments required on job.
• Monitored inventory owned by MEEN to minimize excess/unused material by making arrangements for sale of scrap, obsolete, and surplus materials resulting in inventory reduction by 1/4th.
• Considerable amount of lost and misplaced inventory items were re tracked and labelled. The MEEN department was benefited by recovery of equipments worth $30000.
• Planned and organized 1,500 square feet warehouse by considering point of use, cube utilization and accessibility that maximized functionality and efficiency.
• Provided technical support to engineering labs and coordinated with cross functional teams for planning and management of activities involving sourcing, procurement and logistics of machines and other essential equipment.

• Estimated total cost of casting a component, wastage of materials in casting a component, and
• labor productivity.
• Inspected the launch of prefabricated concrete components at the Station Depot.
• Inspected the reinforcement of slab, beams and piers before casting the concrete at the station depot.
• Prepared Bar Bending Schedules and daily progress, field, labor reports.
• Prepared job activity invoices for pay requisitions from the client.
• Maintained inventory log of material availability/requirement.
• Individually managed all the activities from steel caging through launching of Reinforced
• concrete components to the station site.

• Worked as a project coordinator for the tallest residential building in the world. Responsible for owners representation on the site for quality and safe work procedures.
• The project is being constructed by a joint venture between UAE based Arabian Construction company (ACC) and Indian infrastructure contractor named Simplex Infrastructure. The developer is Lodha Group.
• Duties included management of contracts, subcontractor invoices and daily job activity reports.
• Assisted Senior Project Manager for supervision and various quality checks on the site.
• Daily managed RFI’s, reviewed submittals and re-checked contract details. Was responsible for RFIs' and submittal management.
• Coordinated with all the vendors, subcontractors on daily basis regarding job activity, change orders, and new estimates.
• Prepared safety & job manuals for field operations
