The projects’ name was TIA Consolidated Rental Car facility (ConRAC) and Automated People Mover (APM). It was a design-build project contracted to Walter P Moore and Austin Commercials. Valued at $180 million, the project comprised of an 8-zone parking garage with a car wash and fuel station. I worked for the major concrete contractor, BCCI. Constructions of four Automated People Movers stations were later added to the project. My responsibilities included:
  • o Contractual document management, scope of work, RFIs, submittals, reviewing shop drawings, ERP/CRM system updates
  • o Providing IT support to field operations
  • o Coordinating between field and sub-contractors
  • o Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily workflows and scheduling
