Hi, 👋 I’m Aranika, a global employee advocacy and engagement expert helping Capgemini thought leaders grow on social media and LinkedIn. I’m passionate about digital marketing, social advocacy, and empowering opinion leaders to be successful as LinkedIn creators by providing reporting, tools, and learning and development opportunities to figures across the business. In my current role, I am producing reports for digital marketers, community managers, and thought leaders, I provide actionable data that allows us to monitor and improve performance. Elsewhere, I manage the training program that we run, upskilling employees in social selling, LinkedIn strategy, and more, on a global and local level. Also, I develop and implement strategies that stimulate employee engagement and collaboration. Having started my career in Hospital Administration, I’m patient, flexible, and adept at creating relationships with people at all levels of a business. These skills have been extremely useful in my current field of Social Media and Digital Marketing. I'm fun-loving, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. I love to connect with others in similar roles across different industries and feel valuable insight can be gained this way.
