I work with systemic change towards the regenerative paradigm through: 1. Leadership coaching and development I grow leaders, innovators and change-makers - to lead authentically and confidently and enable their teams to do great work. 2. Team coaching and development I coach teams and organisational groups to disagree constructively, collaborate well and create alignment about the direction, strategy and execution of their work. 2. Regenerative cultures and people experiences I co-create cultural change in organisations and craft meaningful employee experiences and architecture. About me: I am an experienced strategic designer, leader, educator, and coach. My 20-year design journey took me into innovation, branding, digital product development, service design, and later on into leadership and coaching. My core expertise is in digital innovation, team dynamics, culture and coaching for change. I’m also an educator, mentor, and advisor to educational institutions in Denmark and abroad - passing on what I’ve learned to the next generation of thinkers and doers. I aim to be a role model for them and the two wonderful humans calling me mamma. As a human, I hold complexity, embrace uncertainty, and strive for creativity, simplicity, and compassion in everything I do.
