Tashte! (An expression in the Irish language which means something lovely and brilliant) was conceptualized owing to my love for good food, animals and a strong belief in the concept that animals are not food and that a 20 minute palate pleasure is possible without harming another life, the planet and one's own health.
There is a two pronged reason driving the potential for vegetarian and vegan meals:
1. India is a massive market for vegetarian fare owing to cultural and anthropological reasons;
2. Until now, at large there is still a gross absence of good vegetarian options around the world
Tashte! serves progressive comfort food while taking care of all taste palates alike by creating meals to satiate the flavor profile of both vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians.
