• As the Head of Corporate Relations, Industry Interface, and Placements, my KRAs circle around building strong relationships with corporate organisations, facilitating industry engagement, and ensuring successful student placements with the active support of a 25 member team. I focus on the following-
• Corporate Relations Strategy: Develop and put into action a thorough Corporate relations strategy that is in line with the goals and objectives of the university. Locate possible business partners, build and develop contacts with important stakeholders, and look into possibilities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for placements, employer satisfaction, and student outcomes as performance metrics. Measurement of placement rates, gathering of employer input, monitoring and evaluation of placement efforts, and analysis of student and alumni satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to pinpoint problem areas and motivate ongoing placement service improvement.
• Industry Engagement & Placements: Foster mutually beneficial relationships through networking events, industry-specific conferences. Keep abreast of industry developments and promote knowledge sharing between the university and corporate sectors. Develop and implement strategies to improve student employability, including career counseling, resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills training.
• Alumni Relationship Management: Create programmes for alumni mentoring and encourage alumni involvement in recruitment efforts & to infuse a sense of loyalty and pride in them.
• Branding and Marketing: Showcase successful placements, alumni accomplishments, and industry partnerships to support the university's branding and marketing initiatives. To showcase the university's advantages and draw in potential employers, provide persuasive communication materials, such as success stories, and testimonials.

• Responsible for summer and final placement of students from Commerce and Management faculty of Jain University.
• Responsible to establish excellent rapport with companies.Inviting prospective recruiting companies to the campus as per priority that is based on the best interest of the students and the organisation.
• Ensuring that the process of campus recruitment by each company is systematically carried out as per the standard procedure.
• Liaising with companies to get in-plant training and summer/final project assistance for students.
• Maintaining close interaction with students and student coordinators so as to get first hand information with respect to all activities.
