𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗎𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗎𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗌𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 Growing up amidst the echoes of my grandfather’s entrepreneurial spirit, I witnessed firsthand how garment units struggled to break into the global arena. His challenges and eventual setbacks raised a critical question: why were so many manufacturers left behind in a rapidly evolving industry? 𝗔 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗎𝗶𝗻𝗎 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗜𝗲 Before the age of streamlined global logistics, local textile units thrived in relative isolation, catering primarily to domestic ethnic consumption. But as the world shifted toward modern production and export standards, countless traditional factories—including my grandfather’s—couldn’t keep pace with emerging efficiencies and growing global demand. This legacy of both passion and challenge ignited a fresh approach to manufacturing. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗊𝘂𝗜𝗜𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗌𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 Today, as global trade continues to transform, we stand on the brink of a revolutionary shift in how products reach international buyers. At Lal10, we’re turning the tables for India’s textile factories by backward integrating over 180 garment factories and several textile mills into one expansive, full-stack “cloud factory.” Our mission is clear: enable mid-to-large size manufacturers to scale exports with 100% capacity utilization. This approach unlocks faster turnaround times, minimizes wastage, offers flexible MOQs, and empowers manufacturers to seize global design trends swiftly. Today, India exports $14B worth of apparel compared to $45B from Bangladesh, even though our production output across factories exceeds $104B. With the Government's ambitious push to reach a $100B export goal by 2030, the opportunity is immense.
