I was born in New Delhi and raised by working parents. One of the best things that have come out of this is I learned how to become self-sufficient and understood the role of taking complete ownership of work in my personal/professional life. After completing engineering and following the career path I had no control over, I decided that after working for a few years I will go for an MBA. During my MBA, I realized the nearest ATM is 3 km away! Skadoosh! 9 months later we had an ATM at 0 km. Owned 2 franchises during college but never invested money from the pocket. In a small city like Ranchi and an IIM without a campus, getting money out from small investors for cricket and football leagues was not easy. As part of the college sponsorship team getting Spykar as the sponsor was my biggest achievement. I have spent the last 5 years in business strategy helping businesses to grow and identifying key areas of improvement. I also had a fair share of my time working on business development which I loved. After trying to build an edtech and failing miserably I joined Michael Page to manage Fintech as a business vertical. After 2 years of understanding the fintech domain and scaling the P&L by 8.5X, I got an opportunity to work with a client as part of the Sales Team (Key Enterprise Clients). Recently, I have moved to the Customer Success Team to manage user growth for Key Enterprise Accounts. On weekends I can be easily spotted cooking some snacks with a chilled glass of beer on the kitchen table.
