As a Manager - TA & HRBP (Engineering & Product (350) & Non tech team (120) at Shiprocket, I develop technical recruitment strategies, plan for hiring cycles across multiple levels, and partner with the management team to optimize the cost per head. I have offered more than 700 engineers and product managers in the span of 2 year 3 months, and onboarded around 400 of them, both new and backfills. I am also responsible for induction and business training for the new hires, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders for relocation, hotel booking, and vendor management.
