Streamlined the engineering process and improved turnaround response time by 50% for issues outside the limits of standard structural repair manual (SRM). Completed project 3 months ahead of schedule, saving UAL additional labor costs and supporting mission to reduce fuel costs by 20% and increase overall fleet reliability.
