I am a researcher passionately following that age-old question, "Why do people do what they do?" I got my PhD from Old Dominion University and my research interested have focused on issues such as behavioral change in organizations, the use of social media in employee selection, understanding the impact of employee engagement on business outcomes, as well as predicting and reducing employee turnover.
