• We bring GITA concepts to children through books, videos, free classes and competitions.
• Children know the stories of the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and experience Hindu rituals and poojas. But they do not know much about the philosophical ideas of Hinduism. These ideas help them explore life’s big questions: Who am I? Who is God? What is the world?
• I faced these questions in middle school and had nowhere to turn—until I discovered the Gita and Swami Vivekananda.
• myNachiketa has introduced, for the first time, Gita concepts for children. We do this through books, videos, the Gita Scholar Program, and our free Sunday Gita Class. Our books simplify ideas from the Gita and Upanishads, and make them fun through activities, stories, coloring books, and more. myNachiketa encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and discovering one’s own answers. We want children to question and debate, not blindly accept.

• We wish to see India as a top 3 S&T Nation. All the disruptions we see such as Internet, deep learning, CRISPR, quantum computing, etc. has government funded RESEARCH as the foundation. The US has excelled this model and China has created formidable strength in the last 30 years.

Ashish Dhawan and I co-founded FAST to offer policy and programmatic solutions to government, institutions and industry to catalyze and accelerate India's S&T journey. India already has an active focus on S&T since our independence, a web of S&T institutions, a big talent pool and a thriving industry. It makes us well-positioned to take a leadership position in S&T - we just need to set the incentives right, form the market and ease the process of doing science.

• Aspiring Minds was started together with my co-founder, Himanshu and Prof. Tarun Khanna (HBS) in 2007 with the ambitious mission of measuring employability at scale, reducing information assymetry in labor markets and help companies hire high performing individuals.
• At time of sale to SHL, Aspiring Minds did 2 million tests annually, tested 900+ job roles and worked with 100+ Fortune 500 companies across India, China, Phillipines, Middle East and the USA.
• Aspiring Minds was truely a startup++ in my mind and had many firsts:
• Built one of the early D2C brands in India called AMCAT: a test to measure job-fit.
• Developed globally differentiated products in India which were and are used by corporations across the world including the world's largest companies.
• Developed and shipped AI products starting 2012, much before the AI hype took over. Led to 12 publications and 14 filed patents, with 1100+ citations.
• Pioneered the National Employability Reports (NER), which became the standard to evaluate higher education in India. NER has been quoted multiple times by The Economist, most leading Indian dailies and has 400+ mentions by academic papers.
• Case based on Aspiring Minds is taught at Harvard Business School and MIT Legatum Center.
• Personally, a story worth living and worth repeating.

• CURE:Coalition to Uproot Ragging from Education was India's first organization started to raise voice against ragging (hazing). Over the years, it has regularly taken out reports on ragging statistics in Nations, made policy prescriptions to contain ragging and acts as a watchdog. It acted as an advisory body to the Supreme Court appointed Raghavan Committee. It makes interventions to provide relief to ragging victims, every now and then.
