I started my career in the education sector and was associated for over 6 years in the field with an eye to promote critical thinking, analytical skills, competence and operational efficiency amongst students for their challenges ahead. It was a truly thrilling and enriching journey of being highly committed and centered in providing a seamless and an enhanced experience to the learners and in effectively executing the academic sessions with the best of faculty from the industry and world of academia. Thereafter, I shifted my domain to Human Resources and started as an intern, Talent Acquisition, at Zepto to understand from the scratch and learn the nuances. Over 6 months , I learnt the intricacies of hiring. I was hiring for Tech ( Engineering & Data) and Product teams. By August 2022, I became a full- time employee. It’s been a thrilling experience being part of a team that built tech team. At present, I am a Talent Acquisition Partner at Pocket FM and building engineering, data science and product design teams. I am Zealous about growing teams and building & powering dreams! A go getter and a highly driven individual who believes in making her own road through tough terrains!
