Two things define my expertise – one, the ability to identify individuals and their potentials, and two, the aptitude to grasp new and complex ideas and notions. And this came to my consciousness during the ongoing journey between my professional and personal life. I am a Computer Science engineer who initiated my journey by stepping into the technology industry in coding and quality assurance and landing right in the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition field, which I have realized is my ultimate goal. What makes me step into this field is my passion for delivering challenging solutions to individuals and helping them achieve their commendable positions through Strategic Hiring and Consulting sessions. By procuring extensive training and personal coaching sessions during these months, I have transformed myself with absolute interpersonal skills, communication etiquettes, leadership skills, and work ethics. Over the past 10 years, I’ve been a full-time mother and was on a break from professional life, however during that phase, I have developed myself into a self-sufficient individual, who has procured a comprehensive experience in time management, stress management, life management, problem-solving, decision-making, self-awareness building skills and empathizing. I started my journey with Hiring and Coaching in the past few months and gradually, gained a leadership practice in it by recruiting a maximum number of individuals and providing them the opportunity to recreate themselves. I am confident that the knowledge I have obtained will significantly contribute towards individual/corporate growth as well as provide me the opportunity to help others develop independently. Besides, I am sure I’ll go a long way in this industry with my sheer effort, superior work, and my insatiable desire to learn and get adapted to new technologies.
