As the Founder of Little Masters Stage, I am dedicated to help Kids build Confidence and Communication skills through Public Speaking. I believe that mastering Public Speaking is a powerful way to nurture well-rounded, confident, and informed individuals. I also co-founded Speech Impact, an organization focused on helping CXOs become confident and influential communicators. For this role, I primarily handle operations and business management, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.. With 6 years of experience across corporate, startups, and early-stage businesses, I have worked in different roles like marketing, operations, and business management, gaining hands-on experience in starting, scaling and sustaining businesses. My passion for Community-Building led me to help launch The Bhopal Storytellers Club, an initiative that where individuals become Confident in Communication, Storytelling, and Public Speaking. I also played a key role in leading the Marketing for the first-ever Bhopal International Storytelling Festival, bringing storytelling to the forefront in my city. Building and nurturing communities has been at the heart of my journey, and I aim to create more community-driven and impact-focused initiatives in the future.
