It is amazing to be a human, connecting with humans, co-existing with humans. I am exploring this possibility in two ways in my life. Talent Attraction Manager: my purpose in Nokia is to bridge the gap between the talented people & the career opportunities in Nokia and become an enabler in Nokia’s mission to create the technology that helps the world act together. In my previous assignment in Nokia, worked as an HR Consultant and part of many people’s topics, leadership development, culture, people development, etc. As a certified 360 feedback facilitator, enjoyed working with many leaders in Nokia in their development. Explorer of Life: Certain questions in my life brought me close to ancient Indian wisdom. In my free time, I am working on a model for a leader’s development in the light of ancient Indian wisdom. This model is known as 3E model (Existence-Experience-Expression). In my view, the learning & development (or growth) of an Individual is closely interwoven with the life story of that individual.
