  • Right before the pandemic hit, I had quit my corporate job to take a break from my professional career to focus on what's next. Little did I know that the entire world would go on a break!
  • All the restaurants, food joints and take away joints were shut. People had been experimenting with food but were also getting bored of eating food cooked by their own hands. In that situation, I decided to cater to the need of the hour and Rosemary was born.
  • I have been passionate about food and cooking since a young age. I think the first time I made a meal in the kitchen by myself was when I was 12 years old. Thus, when the opportunity presented itself, I decided to try giving my passion a professional touch. 'Rosemary', a gourmet food company that prepared delicacies from all over the world in a clean, sanitised home kitchen while maintaining all covid protocols. It was a one-woman show, where I managed everything from procuring the raw materials to cooking them, packing them, marketing, sales and customer relation management. Phew!
  • As a cheese connoisseur, I soon started to make my own cheese as well. I experimented with various flavours and curated "graze boards and platters" for parties, corporate events, gifting and entertaining. Once I standardised the recipes and scaled the business where my day to day intervention was not required, I decided to take a step back from it and get back to my professional goals of becoming a Digital Marketer.

  • I started working with Zomato as an Account Manager handling over 250+ major and minor accounts (restaurants). This involved ensuring that the accounts performed well using the various services and products that Z had to offer to them.   • Soon, I was handling a number of Key Accounts & Chains in the city. Along with this, I was also shifted into a marketing oriented role where we worked to strategise on the display of the App in the city and eastern region, for example what the landing page looked like, what could we do to make it more appealing to our customers, what offers to run on the app, how to get new customers, and like so. This was based on the data we gathered of our customers. We also planned and conducted offline marketing events during major festivals in the city to gain competitive advantages.
