Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some of India's most ambitious connectivity initiatives—playing a direct role in the rollout of BSNL’s 4G network and the deployment of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) infrastructure under the BharatNet and Digital India missions. From coordinating multi-vendor teams and planning OFC ring networks across Punjab and Chandigarh, to ensuring smooth network rollout and managing field operations under tight deadlines, my work has always been grounded in execution, precision, and accountability. While I’ve built strong foundations in project coordination, operations, and stakeholder management, my interest lies in creating larger business impact—at the intersection of technology, strategy, and growth. I'm currently sharpening this perspective and actively preparing for broader leadership roles that move beyond domain constraints.
