My role as an Analyst involved creating and editing numerous power point slides, displaying data graphically using different types of charts (Bar, Pie, Stacked, Column, line etc.) according to the client's specifications.
As a Charting analyst, I was responsible for working on large datasets using various excel formulas to manipulate, analyze and present the data. Some of the formulas I use frequently are VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Sorting, Filter, Concatenate, Calculating Average, Finding Minimum and Maximum Range of data, Pivot as and when required etc. These formulas help me to perform tasks such as matching data from different sources, sorting and filtering data based on criteria, combining data from multiple cells, calculating descriptive statistics, finding the range of values in a dataset, and creating pivot tables and charts to summarize and visualize the data.
Responsible to oversee the work of team members interacting with the Client. Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.
Responsible to identify client’s requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Worked with external client to understand and investigate feedback into the service provided.
Training team members for all the new Projects and its requirement. Getting the projects done on time by helping them solving their queries.
