  • Noticeboard is a communication platform for frontline teams.
  • Our experience in leading teams across logistics, operations and retail made us acutely aware of a communication gap between central office teams and the non-desk workforce. Whether it was for effective training dissemination, policy updates, customer feedback, the processes in place to assimilate non-desk teams did not reflect the technology of today.
  • Collaboration tools like Slack, Hipchat, Atlassian have gained popularity off late, however they are focused only on the knowledge workers, who are rarely more than 20% of the workforce. The entire enterprise communication revolution has bypassed 80% of the workforce that is non-desk, and mostly frontline.
  • Nearly all the frontline workers today have a smartphone but they need to rely on consumer tools like whatsapp to get their work done. With Noticeboard, our aim is to resolve these communication challenges by connecting these frontline workers with central offices teams. Ultimately we believe Noticeboard can evolve to be the default workstation for the mobile workforce.
  • We are looking for smart, energetic engineers who can join our frontend team and build and own entire web application.
