Kasturi started her career journey in Design as an Architect in an international design firm. Her interest in business strategy and growth led her to leadership roles with large firms in the AEC sector as well as startups, including a pioneering Architecture KPO which got funding from Sequoia. Drawn to the impact of talent on organizations, Kasturi established a Global Talent Acquisition Cell for an international architecture and design firm. This experience inspired her to found Buildkonnect in 2015. Kasturi’s strengths lie in creative thinking, problem-solving and her in-depth understanding of the talent market within the Building & Real Estate sectors.
