• As a trainee in the Machine Shop, I was assigned to the Production Department under the mentorship of Mr. Amit and Mr. VP Srivastava. My primary responsibility was to analyze the entire production process, from the receipt of forged components to the final plating and dispatch of various components within the company.
• During my tenure, I gained valuable hands-on experience in assessing each operation in the production cycle. My tasks involved understanding the workflow, identifying potential bottlenecks, and supporting efforts to improve efficiency and quality. I worked closely with different teams to ensure that each stage of the process—from the forging of components to the plating and final dispatch—was optimized for performance and precision.
