• Built the creative team of 30+ designers/ animators/ illustrators from the ground up, with hiring and mentoring of the product design team.
• Conceptualising, researching, designing and prototyping various ed-tech products ( Instructor-led training (ILT) design, interactive e-learning modules, videos, UI/UX for learning apps ). Worked on XSEED MAX, led a team of 25+ people and 70+ vendors for a large-scale content development project, which included 1500+ animated educational videos. Consistently develop new ideas and methods of working, and deliver the product in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Created 900 modules for G1-8 in Science, Maths, and English, with each module designed specifically to achieve a particular learning outcome. We reached over 60,000 kids in 256 schools across 10 states in India.

• Art director of the team that launched the Prime XSEED Programme. I was engaged in intensive vendor training and designed and laid the guidelines.
• Led design and art-directed illustration across English and EP (early program) books.
• Revamp the Early Programm books using illustrations and layout as effective design and learning tools, and develop a visual framework to align with learning outcomes in EP (early program) content books.
