• Responsible for building and improving APIs and workflows for goCash, Goibibo’s wallet, and Vault, Goibibo’s voucher distribution system.
• Customer Focus Campaign
• Spearheaded the dev efforts for goCash and Vault as a part of the Customer Focus Campaign.
• By increasing the number of user conversations handled by NLP based systems from ~300 to ~1000, we were able to reduce ~400 user-agent interactions per day. Reduced the cost to the company by Rs. 35 per agent handled conversation per day.
• Extended this to the IPL 2020 campaign where with a massive user involvement of 3.5Mn users, there were 0 agent handled conversations regarding goCash and Vault from Day 1.
• Vault - Voucher Distribution System
• Involved in the building and implementation of Vault from scratch which now gives out ~50k internal and external vouchers in a seamless, automated manner.
• By automating the entire flow of distributing vouchers, Vault serves different business use cases including and not limited to giving out vouchers for Cross Sell between LOBs, Customer Complaint Management, SignUp and Loyalty events.
• goCash
• Integrated and built workflows for goCash wallet gratification for users based on SQS queues.
• Async and automated, the flow is used to give out goCash+ to users based on events of Sign up and Loyalty.
• As a part of the new loyalty program of Goibibo, goTribe, built extensive flows to gratify users with TribeCoins on successful booking.
