I oversaw the recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development functions for the software company, which provides innovative and integrated solutions to the energy sector. I have a strong background in human resources, with over 5 years of experience as a senior executive and a business partner at Seven Lakes Technologies and W Energy Software.
