👋 Hey, I’m Zoheb — I work in Talent Acquisition & People Ops and I’m curious about how AI can make hiring smarter and more human. For me, it’s about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, while keeping the process simple and personal. 🎓 I Graduated in 2023 with a B.A. in HRM & Economics, where I built my base in Industrial Relations, Labour Regulations, Research Methodology, Participative Management, and Work Environment. This gave me a strong grounding in the “why” behind HR and naturally pushed me toward the part I love most: Talent Acquisition. Since then, I’ve focused on TA and People Ops in MNC & Startup environments, where I get to combine that foundation with real-world hiring, building pipelines, and experimenting with AI-driven recruitment. 🚀 At Sprinto (a LinkedIn Top 20 Startup), I help scale Sales, Marketing, and HR teams across global markets. I work closely with managers and leaders to run end-to-end hiring in high-growth environments. Along the way, I’ve leaned on AI tools and automations to manage scheduling, screening, and follow-ups, so I can focus more on real conversations with candidates. Candidate experience is always top of mind, and I aim to make it as smooth and engaging as possible. 💡 I’m especially excited about how AI is transforming HR. I enjoy experimenting with new tools to test smarter workflows, automating repetitive steps so recruiters can focus on people, and using data + AI to unlock insights that make hiring faster and better. ⚡ Outside of work, I’m a lifelong Real Madrid fan (football is non-negotiable). I’m also obsessed with bikes and cars, riding them, reading about them, or just daydreaming about the next one. On the creative side, I love making snazzy edits and reels for Instagram, especially around cars and football. ✨ I like keeping things simple: build, learn, experiment.
