As the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Simplilearn, my role has evolved from an individual contributor in leadership hiring to overseeing global recruitment efforts for Simplilearn and Fullstack Academy (following the acquisition). This global exposure has allowed me to refine recruitment strategies and foster exceptional talent across India and US regions. In my previous role as Manager Talent Acquisition at Hopscotch Wholesale Trading Private Limited, I was responsible for leading the talent acquisition function across both tech and non-tech verticals, including leadership hiring. I focused on developing cost-effective recruitment strategies, enhancing process efficiencies, and managing stakeholder and vendor relationships.
