Born and raised in Mumbai,India.A true 90's child who grew up watching India transform all around him and never ceases to be amazed by its magic. A firm believer in the ancient magic that is story-telling. Worked for multiple social causes through college before joining the country's workforce. Have more than 10 years of experience in Business Development,Revenue Generation,Customer service,Retention,Hiring,Sales & Process training,Scaling and Operations management (Phew!) 2500+ Sales managers trained and led,having ensured quality of performance along with revenue of more than ₹250 crore as well as being a Pioneer in large scale remote training environments. Pivoted to consulting part-time to focus on VF Garments,our family textile operation which required me to move to Kerala and enable its restructuring. This allowed me to use more than a decade's worth of experience,network,skills and know how to significantly grow our customer base,introduce new work systems and processes,modernize certain functions,launch new sub-products and provide more employment opportunities to the local community.
