A Human Resource professional, having 2.5 + years of experience in handling HR Operations. Having experience in working with an early-stage and fast-growing AI startup as a founding HR member of the team and handling the whole employee life cycle, end-to-end recruitment, single-handedly managing the ATS, HR documentation, employee records, implementing and managing onboarding & offboarding processes, employee engagement, new office setup and administration, and aided the team in achieving ISO Certification for the company. I have also learned to wear multiple hats, looked into responsibilities, learned things that haven't been my strong suit, and enjoyed them. I love building things from scratch, defining processes, streamlining HR systems, connecting with people, and fostering a happy and healthy environment around me. The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a youth development movement and it is headed by the Director General (DG), an Army Officer of the rank of Lieutenant General. The NCC provides opportunities to the youth of the country for their all-round development with a sense of duty, commitment, dedication, discipline and moral values so that they become able leaders and useful citizens. It also provides a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in the Armed Forces.
In NCC, we got the opportunity to participate in two national camps in distinct villages and closely stay with Indian Army Officers & get trained by them. We got to observe their daily routines and live their lives for a few days every year & participate in various physical, mental & cultural developmental activities.
It is indeed one of the best experiences of my life!
