I am Nisha Patil, Founder of Vedha AI, established with the vision of bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by preparing students for real-world IT careers. Before founding Vedha AI, I worked as an HR professional across multiple companies, gaining expertise in talent acquisition, payroll, HR strategy, people management, and corporate training. This strong HR foundation has allowed me to understand workforce needs and design effective talent development strategies. Along with my HR and business analytics background, I possess knowledge of core IT technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, MySQL, HTML, CSS, PHP, and Linux. This technical understanding enables me to collaborate seamlessly with IT professionals, evaluate technical talent, and ensure that training programs remain industry-relevant. At Vedha AI, learning is driven by faculty with 12–15 years of industry experience, ensuring that students not only acquire technical skills but also gain practical exposure to corporate standards and problem-solving approaches. Over the years, I have also built a strong professional network in the IT field, which allows me to connect aspiring professionals with industry leaders, mentors, and placement opportunities. As a Founder, my mission is to empower and nurture future-ready IT professionals who are capable of thriving in today’s competitive and fast-evolving digital world.
