• I went above and beyond the company’s expectation and brought in some of the best senior level leadership talent into Helpchat Family from different top notch competitors and colleges:- Senior Product Managers, Backend Architects,Senior Data science(Working on Machine learning and AI).
• Being the initail first person with Helpchat I have very closely worked with the Founders(CEO,CTO,Product Head) and also learned a lot on how the business runs.
• Have helped build CTO's Team which has the best coders from across the country.
• I was instrumental in organizing Helpchat first evening cum night interviews as good talent were engaged in day time and the need to hire them was burning. "Yes that worked out".
• I was also part of the team which re-iterated the existing interview process at Helpchat and initiated training session for interviewers for setting up the right calibration when interviewing candidates.
• Have actively initiated and participated in various events like Hirist, Hiree, which had helped us in our Hiring needs and also to market Helpchat.
• So finally with a 3 member founder team along with few folks movinng from Delhi ofice we were able to set up a team of 100+ techie.
