I am a senior HR executive with over 20 years of experience leading organisational transformation, digital HR innovation, and leadership development across banking, insurance, professional services, technology, and government. My career was shaped early at HSBC, where I was mentored by senior leaders from the UK while guiding teams through large-scale workforce transformation. At Deloitte Consulting, I partnered with US and India thought leaders while directing HR strategy for 3,000+ professionals and embedding leadership pipelines for high-growth consulting businesses. Later, as Head of HR for Allianz Trade Credit (Australia & New Zealand), I sat on the executive leadership team, travelled extensively across APAC for regional leadership meetings, and worked closely with headquarters in France and Germany—deepening my ability to influence at a global scale. In 2024, I founded Korla Consulting, a boutique advisory practice supporting SMEs and scale-ups on people strategy, HR digitalisation, and organisational design. As a certified executive coach, I work with founders and C-Suite leaders to unlock leadership potential, foster resilience, and drive business transformation. I believe that the intersection of people, strategy, and technology is where organisations create lasting competitive advantage.
