Hello there, curious to know a bit about me? I’ve spent over six years helping startups, high growth companies, and unicorns build teams that really click. Whether it’s creating engineering teams from scratch or finding that one rare candidate for a niche role, I work closely with founders and hiring managers to make hiring both efficient and meaningful. Technical hiring is my main focus, but I’ve also explored product, designing and nontech roles across industries. Lately, I’ve been fascinated by how AI can make recruitment smarter, experimenting with prompt engineering and finding creative ways to decode tough roles, always learning, always exploring. I’ve been a self taught artist since I was four, probably spent more time scribbling on plain sheets than writing on answer sheets. Sketching keeps me creative, whether it’s ideas or random doodles that only make sense to me. I’m always happy to chat about recruitment, AI, or art, just one DM away.
