After gaining international exposure and perspectives abroad, I chose to return to India with a clear purpose: to evolve the educational landscape at Manav Rachna by integrating global standards and a deeply empathetic, student-first approach. My leadership philosophy is simple yet profound: students aren’t just part of our institution—they're its heart. For me, leadership isn’t about age or titles—it’s about authenticity, relatability, and continuous learning.
