Aditi brings over 15 years of experience in development finance and in leading strategy and operations across multiple organisations. She started her career at the World Bank, followed by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Malcolm Gladwell's health tech venture fund Surgo Foundation, and HRH Prince Charles' British Asian Trust. Aditi has worked (and lived) in various geographies including the United States, France, the Middle East and North Africa region, India and the United Kingdom. She also sits on the Advisory Board of the Breakfast Revolution – a not-for-profit targeting malnutrition in Indian children. At Magic Billion, Aditi is responsible for bringing in global business and manages all client accounts. She was commended as an Asian Woman of Achievement (for Public Service) in 2019 in London.
