> Provided a solution, by tempering the welded area. This saved the time by about 10 mins per coil production; Overall time saving by 1 Hr 30 mins/day.
> Feasible ideas provided for tempering of the welded joints such as infrared heating, induction heating and laser heating, with minimum return on investment within 16 months.
