• Adsertor MENA came to Bahrain in April 2018 to start their journey in the MENA region and I was a part of the team responsible for setting up the business. I managed projects related to training, assisted with building strategic relationships with key stakeholders and achieved key targets in different areas.
• My role requires flexibility as I am responsible for managing day to day operations, overlooking training and recruitment, process review, policy and procedure creation and implementation. I provide support to key stakeholders in the business such as the Senior Management team with the creation of reports and research/analysis of market trends for the overall business strategy, the business development team with managing in the in-house CRM system, client management and preparation and delivery of presentations/proposals.
• I am also responsible for managing social media channels, press releases, content creation and organising events such as workshops, product launches etc.
• I am responsible for managing Adsertor's training and education project and appointed as the main point of contact which has allowed me to build and manage strong relationships with key government and private Education representatives.

• I was predominantly responsible for preparing strategic monthly and quarterly risk reports for internal and external stakeholders of the organisation. Additionally, I was the primary contact point for our members in global subsidiaries network and handled end-to-end processes of monitoring and catering to any requests raised.

• Worked within a team involved in creating the Bank’s first Social Responsibility Report. I was responsible for collecting and interpreting data, through extensive research, to highlight the main social responsibility initiatives and ensure compliance with Islamic Banking regulations and promote transparency on the Group’s financial offerings.

• Undertook a two-month internship as a Graduate Intern within the Consumer Finance Department. It was a valuable opportunity where I learned about the various measures taken to screen customers prior to granting approvals for loans. Additionally, I worked with the legal team at the bank to learn about the regulations, policies and procedures set for Islamic Banks.

• Took part in Ernst & Young’s summer internship program, where I was placed in the Business Advisory Unit. I gained hands on experience about the Departments operations and ended the program with a formal presentation delivered to the Executive Management Team on the effects of imposing tax in Bahrain.
