• This positions is a mix between full cycle recruiting and Human Resources/Operations. Currently specialising in hiring top talent across Python, JavaScript, Machine Learning, DevOps, Java, security and data science.
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
• Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates through strategic sourcing and outreach.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Leading intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring strategies.
• Hiring Committees and Debrief: Leading hiring debriefs for engineering at Klarna. Collaborating with C level and Engineering directors on weekly committee and allocation meetings.
• Job Marketing & Employer Branding: Crafting compelling job postings and leveraging multiple channels to maximize reach.
• Candidate Assessment: Conducting in-depth behavioral interviews and technical screenings to ensure strong cultural and technical fit.
• Decision-Making & Offer Management: Driving hiring decisions, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Operational/Human Resource Management: Managing visa processes, coordinating onboarding. Large aspect of this positions involves continuous assessment of candidates hired performance throughout their probation period. This involves regular checks in with leads. Processing conversions and off-boarding.
• Work with engineering partners to plan headcount for the year.
• Hiring Locations: Currently hiring in Poland, Italy, The Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, Spain and Germany
• Levels: Junior, intermediate, senior, staff, Manager, Director level hiring
• Key Achievements:
• Hired over 100 engineers in my two years at Klarna.
• Worked on a project with the CEO to hire 13 AI engineers for a specific niche project.
