• Hello Learner was created to equip today's kids with 21st-century skills that are missing or highly undervalued in most educational systems today but play a huge role in the eventual success of our kids in the future.

• Engagement Study Project: A collaborative effort of Central square foundation and Hello English, focused on identifying interventions and tests for the effectiveness of channels for dissemination, both acquisition, and engagement, among users of Hello English. The research was led by a team of scientists from IIT Bombay. This learning helped us understand how to scale a program of this nature, through a mobile-based intervention by introducing various motivational interventions in the user journey of a typical Hello English user of age 14-18 years.
• Physical Model (Blended learning mode): Thousands of students enrolled in government and aided schools in Almora, Uttarakhand were provided access to the Hello English application to check the efficacy of a physical reach out model. The study concluded that this cohort had the highest engagement and delivered the best results.
• As the lead project manager, I managed the teams working on physical and digital models, and was responsible for project cost planning, interfacing with stakeholders, product modification coordination with tech, etc.
