Not so long ago, I was running HR at a US-based gaming startup. Think hiring, onboarding, performance systems, comp, compliance, all of it. Worked directly with the founders to keep things fast, lean, and clear. I like fixing things that don’t scale, spotting what’s broken before it breaks, and helping teams work better without adding more noise. Long term, the goal is simple build something of my own that actually works and makes sense. It isn’t that complicated. Look closer, fix what matters, and keep it moving! Also, currently pursuing Master of Business Administration at Bond University.
