Career Journey: Aspiregate (2017) – Began my career as an HR Executive, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. I had to step away from this role when the company shifted its operations to Mumbai. Shadenine (Freelance) – Worked as a Frontend Developer, applying my technical skills to deliver responsive and user-friendly web solutions. Additionally, I have completed a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist certification from an ISO-certified training center, Inventateq, and Web Development certification from Aspiregate, strengthening both my people management and technical expertise. Naptico Services Pvt. Ltd. (2021) – Joined the HR Department, where I contributed to streamlining HR processes and supporting organizational growth. Genesis (2022 – Present) – Joined as a Senior HR Executive (more of a senior HR Generalist role) and, through consistent performance and leadership, was promoted to HR Manager & Soft Skills Coach, where I combine HR leadership with training expertise to build strong teams and enhance workplace communication.
